Business Analyst/Professional Services Automation/is required by a global technology innovation organization to provide business analysis support across a global Professional Services Automation implementation portfolio. Responsibilities: Leading requirements gathering and business process analysis for PSA/Professional Services Automation systems. Translating business requirements into user stories, workflows, and process documentation. Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to design and implement system enhancements. Supporting agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Driving process optimization, automation initiatives, and data-driven insights for service delivery. Serving as the key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions meet operational and strategic goals. Required experience: Extensive Business Analysis experience on Professional Services Automation projects. Strong understanding of Professional Services operations, including resource management, project financials, and client implementation workflows. Experience with one or more of the following Professional Services Automation (PSA) platforms: Kantata, Napta, Salesforce PSA, OpenAir, Mavenlink, FinancialForce/Certinia, Kimble or similar.
