Night Care Assistants Needed!

The Role:

Connect2Swindon are recruiting experienced Waking Night Care Assistants, with extensive experience working with individuals with Dementia and complex needs, to support our client and their team with their staffing needs.

Previous Dementia Awareness training would be highly desirable for this role!

The Role:

Working for Connect2Swindon, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in each individuals lives!

You will support each individual to maintain as much independence as possible, always prioritising choice and following their Care Plans, to ensure you deliver the very best person-centred care.

Duties may include:

• Personal Care.
• Support with eating and drinking.
• Manual handling.
• Record Keeping.
• Providing practical emotional and physical support.
• Support to access the community.
• General cleaning/housekeeping duties.

To be successful in this role you must have proven experience working in a Care or Support setting with prior experience in manual handling!

We offer:

• Weekly pay from -17.51 per hour, shift dependant.
• Free uniform.
• Online competency refresher training.
