This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in credit control and gain hands-on experience within professional services.The role You will play a key part in supporting the timely collection of invoices, helping to maintain healthy cash flow and positive client relationships. You will be supported by the wider finance team, with opportunities to grow your knowledge and skills in credit control as you gain experience.Key responsibilitiesReview aged debt reports and identify overdue balancesContact clients via telephone, email, or letter to follow up on outstanding invoicesSupport the agreement and monitoring of repayment plans where appropriateKeep clear and accurate notes of client conversations and agreed actionsAssist with reports on overdue invoices and collections activityLiaise with Client Managers to support debt recovery where requiredRaise, review, and issue sales invoices using XPM and XeroTake card payments and set up direct debits for clientsBank cheques and cash as neededProvide general support to the wider finance teamAbout youStrong verbal and written communication skillsWell organised with excellent attention to detailAble to work independently and as part of a teamConfident using Microsoft OfficeInterest in finance and credit control, with a willingness to ..... full job details .....
