Location: Brighton and surrounding areas
Pay Rate: andpound;13.70 - andpound;14.50 per hour
Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Supply basis available

Supply Desk is currently working in partnership with a number of welcoming and inclusive secondary schools across Brighton and the surrounding area, who are looking to appoint dedicated and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams.
About the Role:
As an SEN TA, you will support students with a range of additional needs including autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health challenges (SEMH). Your role will be pivotal in helping students overcome barriers to learning, both in and outside the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN
- Help implement IEPs and EHCPs
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and other support staff
- Promote independence and emotional well-being in pupils
- Adapt resources and learning activities to meet individual needs
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people with additional needs (in school or other settings)
- A patient, caring and flexible approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting students with SEN
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential
