Interim IT Finance Manager - INSURANCE Exciting opportunity to join as an Interim for a complex, multi-entity insurance business managing IT finance across group operations. Take ownership of a an evolving IT budget, working as an internal consultant to drive process improvements, cost optimization, and cloud financial operations. This role offers genuine influence over strategy and stakeholders, with responsibility for modernizing manual processes and building efficient systems across the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain IT budget forecasts and performance, reporting actuals versus budget monthly to senior leadership and FDs across the businessManage cost allocations, accruals, prepayments, capex tracking, and depreciation calculationsEstablish and enhance cost management for cloud services, optimizing current and future cloud adoptionDrive process improvements and streamline manual financial processes for efficiency and transparencyWork closely with PMO and project teams to ensure accurate change accounting and portfolio spend monitoringSupport IT procurement through contract review, analysis, and managing procurement-to-payment processesProvide resource planning support across BAU and change initiatives Requirements A qualified accountant with a background in insurance and IT financeDemonstrable experience of managing IT budgets across complex, multi-entity structuresDeep understanding of IT budgeting, run vs change costs, and technology spend ..... full job details .....
