MandA Tax Specialist
to join its high-performing team. This position offers the opportunity to work on some of the largest buy-outs in Europe, advising
private equity houses
and
infrastructure funds
on complex tax matters.The role provides the chance to build a
strong client portfolio , develop
technical expertise , and foster
strategic relationships
with key industry players.Key Responsibilities
Support clients with
MandA tax advisory , managing high-profile transactions.Provide guidance to
international and mid-cap private equity houses, infrastructure funds, and emerging capital providers .Assist in all stages of the
deal cycle , including
due diligence, tax structuring, SPA review, financing input, post-acquisition implementation, and portfolio company advisory .Lead
tax compliance and advisory projects , ensuring adherence to complex regulatory frameworks.Identify
business development opportunities , fostering strong client relationships.Enhance
marketing and technical expertise , contributing to industry thought leadership.Promote

preferred.Proven
MandA tax or transaction tax experience , ideally within a professional services firm.Strong
