Wise May is recruiting for an Insurance Wording Specialist with MGA and Syndicate experience to join a global insurance and reinsurance provider, to ensure legal and regulatory compliance within policy wordings, clauses, contracts and endorsements. This is a full time, permanent position with hybrid working (4 days in the office and 1 day remote).Insurance Wording Specialist duties and responsibilities:Collaborate with Underwriters, Legal, Compliance and other teams to provide advice and guidance on policy language, coverage and potential risks.Ensure documents are legally and regulatorily compliant and align with regulatory standards, market practice and binding authority agreements.Create and upload policy wordings, clauses, and endorsements to reflect underwriting intent, regulatory requirements, and company standards.Develop and maintain libraries of approved template wordings and clauses.Actively monitor and analyse regulatory developments and market trends.Deliver training sessions to internal teams on best practices for wordings and documentation.Insurance Wording Specialist key skills and experience required:MGA and Syndicate experience.
