The role involves driving strategic growth, optimising staffing structures, and delivering high-quality services in line with KPIs and SLAs. The ideal candidate will have proven managerial experience in Hard Services, strong technical knowledge of building services, IOSH or equivalent Health and Safety training, and exceptional leadership skills. FM Contracts Manager Deliverables / Outcomes (include but are not limited to): Lead, manage, and develop Facilities Management contracts, ensuring all financial and operational targets are achieved and exceeded. Optimise staffing structures across contracts to balance cost efficiency with service excellence.
