Around 80% of your time will be spent on personal sales activity, with 20% dedicated to coaching and inspiring your team. You ll build strong client relationships, exceed targets, and help expand our presence in both established and new markets.What you ll bring:Proven track record in solution-based sales (ideally energy/technical).Experience leading or coaching a small team.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Passion for renewables and driving change in the energy sectorAny experience of selling into the Agricultural, Foods or Haulage sector would be beneficial.
