Due to growth at the site and a recent promotion within the quality management team, they are looking for an experienced Quality Manager that has worked within food manufacturing.Role and Responsibilities:Leading a team of 2 quality assistants - workload allocation, signing off on non-conformance reportsOverseeing the quality and safety of site food products produced, ensuring they meet all standardsEnsuring food safety, quality, legality, authenticity and customer needs are metMaintaining the company QMS and HACCP systems, ensuring compliance with Global Food Safety StandardsContributing to continuous improvement projects, NPD and NPI, product trialsManaging customer complaint investigations, internal and external auditsConducting risk assessments, supplier approval, SAP system maintenanceKnowledge, Skills and Experience:Must have worked in a similar quality manager role within high-care food manufacturingExperience of conducting internal and external customer auditsStrong character, confident in dealing with customersIdeally Degree qualified in Food ScienceFood Safety, Hygiene, Quality Control, HACCP qualifiedHighly organised, able to make effective and efficient decisionsIdeally have worked on NPD and NPI projectsKnowledge of maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS)Experienced in creating non-conformance reportsTo apply please email your CV/resume to
