We re looking for skilled welders to join a leading engineering team in the Diss area working Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm delivering high-quality metal fabrication projects. Key Responsibilities Fabricate and weld metal structures to precise specifications and tolerances. Check and verify all parts against drawings prior to fabrication, reporting any discrepancies. Maintain a high standard of health and safety, cleanliness, and organisation in the workshop. Work as part of a supportive team to assist with installations and on-site projects. Be willing to work away from home occasionally. Always represent the company in a professional and courteous manner on customer sites. What We re Looking For MIG and/ or Tig experience. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
