Client Details The company is a well-established firm of chartered accountants, servicing a diverse range of businesses across the UK. They are a three partner firm and have a headcount of circa 30 staff. Description Manage a varied portfolio of clients across a range of industries.Prepare and review tax returns and computations.Provide tax planning advice to clients.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.Manage and mentor junior members of the team.Ensure all tax work is completed efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with company procedures.Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients.Inheritance tax planning.Profit extraction tax calculations.Contribute to the development of the company''s tax department and services. Profile A successful ''Mixed Tax Manager'' should have: Professional qualification in tax or accountancy (CTA, ACCA, ACA).Experience managing a portfolio of clients in a tax role.Strong technical knowledge of both corporate and personal tax.Excellent communication and relationship building skills.Ability to mentor and develop junior team members.A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
