Part-Time Administrator - Luxury Retailer - ChichesterWe are a luxury retailer in Chichester seeking an experienced PART TIME administrator (25-30hrs per wk) to join our team. This role is Monday to Friday with flexible hours and offers a salary of up to 30,000 per annum pro rata.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general administrative duties including data entry, record keeping, filing, and document managementSupport daily office operations and team coordinationMaintain accurate records and systems using retail software, including PursuitAssist with internal communications and reportingSkills and Experience RequiredPrevious administrative experience in a retail, luxury, or office environmentStrong computer literacy, confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and retail software systemsKnowledge of Pursuit software or similar systems is highly desirable (training provided)Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skillsProfessional, reliable, and discreetWhat We OfferPart-time Monday to Friday role with flexible working hoursSalary up to 30,000 per annum pro rataTraining on company systems and processesSupportive and professional working environmentThis role is perfect for a highly organised administrator looking to work in a luxury retail ..... full job details .....
