Housing Litigation Lawyer needed in South East London Paying £38.43 per hr ref OR23206Full time hours on a temporary basisWe are seeking an experienced Housing Litigation Lawyer to join our legal team. The successful candidate will handle a wide range of contentious housing matters, providing expert legal advice and representation across tenancy, disrepair, enforcement, and possession cases.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a varied caseload of housing litigation including possession proceedings, injunctions, ASB cases, disrepair claims, tenancy enforcement and homelessness-related disputes.Provide accurate and timely legal advice to internal teams, housing officers, and senior managers.Prepare and review legal documentation, witness statements, and case bundles.Represent the organisation in court hearings, tribunals and negotiations.Work closely with operational teams to ensure legal compliance and risk management.Advise on relevant legislation including Housing Acts, Landlord and Tenant law, and anti-social behaviour legislation.Support early resolution of disputes and promote best practice in housing management.If you are interested in the role, please email your CV to quoting the reference number.
