Director - Procurement and Supply Chain - Interim and Permanent Recruitment

This is a client-facing consulting role — you’ll work with major UK and international clients to design, deliver, and implement FM procurement strategies. You’ll be part of a team that helps organisations optimise spend, improve service performance, and deliver sustainable value across both hard and soft FM services.The Role

As Procurement Manager, you will:Lead FM procurement projects for a variety of clients, from strategy design through to contract award and implementationManage sourcing across categories (hard and soft FM)Develop innovative category strategies that address cost, service performance, risk, and sustainability goalsRun competitive tenders, supplier evaluations, and negotiationsAdvise clients on market trends, commercial models, and best practice in FM procurementCollaborate with cross-functional client teams, often in complex, fast-paced environmentsSupport change management and supplier transition activitiesAbout You

Proven experience in FM procurement across both hard and soft services, ideally gained in consultancy or large corporate environmentsStrong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levelsComfortable managing multiple projects and clients simultaneouslyDeep understanding of procurement processes, contractual frameworks, and commercial levers in FMAwareness of sustainability, social value, and innovation trends in FM procurement is an advantageWillingness to travel within the UK as required for client deliveryWhy Join This Consultancy?
