Product Owner

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: Circa -80,000 + benefits

We''re working with a well recognised restaurant group on the recruitment of a Product Owner. This individual will take full ownership of the back of house system and drive the progression of restaurant-facing operations systems that enforce how people, stock and operations are managed.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the user experience, collaborating closely with fellow product owners, engaging with third-party vendors, and partnering with restaurant leaders to drive innovation and impact.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full product lifecycle for all back-of-house systems, including workforce management, inventory, operations, and compliance tools.
• Collaborate with restaurant operations and vendor partners to develop and refine a strategic product roadmap.
• Ensure all tools effectively drive operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business goals
• Communicate with all areas of the business to gain structured feedback on system improvements.
• Support with renewing vendor contracts, performance reviews, vendor escalations based on input from Commercial and Service Delivery Colleagues.

Skills we are looking for:

• Experience in System/Application Management.
• Experience in the hospitality or retail industry.
• Previous experience using ''Fourth'', the hospitality management platform.
• Exposure to agile and product ways of working.
• Experience managing vendor relationships.
