They are looking for a Project Manager with a Main Contractor background to support the team The role Join a leading Regional Contractor as a Project Manager overseeing new build commercial and industrial projects. You will be site-based. All sites are 1 hour from Milton Keynes Key responsibilities: Lead daily site operations, managing site teams, subcontractors and direct labour. Develop, monitor and update project programmes and schedules. Manage project budgets, procurement and cost control. Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality and environmental standards. Liaise with clients, consultants, supply chain and local stakeholders. Chair regular site meetings and produce progress reports. Deliver projects on time, within budget and to specification.
