Finance Manager- Charity - Immediate Start Your new company Hays Accountancy and Finance are recruiting on behalf of a leading charity for an immediate start for a Finance Manager. This role will be reporting into the finance director whom is distinguished and experienced within the charity sector.Your new role Key Responsibilities:Financial Management:Maintain the integrity of financial records for the charity and its members.Budgeting and Forecasting:Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts as required.Account Management:Prepare quarterly management accounts and year-end accounts, including pre-payments, accruals, and journal entries.Financial Reconciliation:Reconcile all balance sheet accounts on the management accounts.Audit Preparation:Liaise with external auditors to prepare year-end statutory accounts.Treasury Management:Manage surplus funds efficiently.Payroll and HMRC Compliance:Prepare and manage monthly payroll and pension payments, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations.What you''ll need to succeed Fully qualified accountant - 2 to 3 years experience ideally charity sector.
