The Role The Litigation Solicitor will manage a broad range of contentious matters, including:Property disputesLandlord and tenant disputesCommercial disputesContractual disputesGeneral civil litigation mattersAdvising clients on dispute resolution strategiesManaging matters from instruction through to resolutionBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsThe successful Litigation Solicitor will be encouraged to take an active role in networking and business development, helping to strengthen existing relationships while generating new opportunities across the local market.
