Very exciting opportunity for a up and coming HR star Macildowie are working with a client based in Derbyshire (which is actually on the Nottingham border) to recruit a HR Coordinator with clear progression and succession plan - on a permanent basis - the aim of this role is to eventually succeed the Head of HR! It is not very often I get to recruit such an exciting role that are perfect for people with a small amount of HR experience or someone with a HR qualifcation or degree so I am genuinely excited to be working on this opportunity. Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience)Working Arrangement: Office-based (with occasional flexibility) - please note this is not a hybrid role Hours: 37.5 hours per week with flexible start and finish times.
