VGC Group are looking for experienced Groundworkers to start on a project in Swindon. This contract is available to start on 15th June and we can offer up to 5+ months to a successful candidate.

Experience: 2 years +

Qualifications: CSCS Blue NVQ LVL 2 Groundworker Card, CPCS Preferable, Dumper & 5 tonne Mini Digger

Groundworker with suitable experience

Your role as a Groundworker will be based in Swindon and will consist of:

• Full understanding of duties required for ground works.
• Capable of working to instruction with minimal supervision as part of a team.
• Experience in the site preparation for, bases, foundations and trenches.
• Understanding of drainage, kerbing and slabbing.
• Understanding of working in and around plant.
• Experience in excavating foundations.
• A high level of HSQE awareness.

Based in Swindon remuneration for this role is £22-£23 per hour, you will accrue holiday entitlement and be eligible to join the VGC pension scheme once certain criteria have been met.
