Overview

L’Oréal Luxe is looking for a One Luxe Store Manager who will lead and develop the store team to deliver a world-class consumer experience and exceed retail performance targets for the portfolio of brands in the store. You are an ambitious go-getter who thrives on a challenge, stays ahead of the latest beauty and retail trends, and seizes opportunities to maximize the store’s performance. You will coach and develop your team to drive a high-performance, service-driven culture, monitor store performance, and implement growth plans to ensure the portfolio exceeds targets and grows ahead of the market. As the primary ambassador of L’Oréal Luxe in your store, you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as store and department managers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a World Class Customer Experience: deliver a world-class luxury service experience through coaching and feedback to ensure the team provides exceptional service across all brands and touchpoints.

Brand Excellence: act as a L’Oréal Luxe brand ambassador, delivering a luxurious customer experience through personalised service and merchandising standards.

Product Expertise and Storytelling: demonstrate products, share brand history, and offer tailored product knowledge and techniques to meet customer needs, including services across categories and beauty tech offerings.

Foster Omni Experiences: inform customers about upcoming in-store events, promotions, and brand activations; represent L’Oréal Luxe brands and share expertise on internal and external platforms per company guidelines.

Driving Retail Performance

Exceeding Sales Targets: develop and execute retail plans to achieve and surpass store targets and KPIs; proactively identify risks and opportunities to maximize results and ensure sustainable success.

Creating Engaging Events: develop and implement a dynamic annual calendar of events and activations to create memorable experiences and drive growth for the store portfolio.

Driving Innovation and New Business: generate creative ideas and implement strategies to drive new business growth, leveraging product launches and brand anniversaries for impact.

Cultivating Client Loyalty: build and maintain a loyal VIP customer base, fostering long-term relationships and driving repeat business.

People Management and Development

Talent Acquisition: lead recruitment and selection for Beauty Advisors to build a high-performing team.

Team Onboarding and Training: lead onboarding and provide comprehensive training on the L’Oréal Luxe brand portfolio; drive continuous development to maximize team effectiveness.

Performance Monitoring and Feedback: provide regular coaching and timely feedback on productivity, service levels, product knowledge, and selling skills.

Performance Management: track team performance and implement strategies to address underperformance.

Employee Relations: address and resolve HR issues within the team to maintain a positive work environment.

Operational Excellence

Maintaining Counter Standards: ensure Brand VM guidelines are implemented and uphold the luxury retail environment; maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards.

Teamwork and Training: participate in team efforts and complete required training to maintain up-to-date product knowledge.

Administrative Responsibilities: complete daily and weekly administrative tasks using designated platforms (Tamigo/One Retail).

Stock and Operations: maintain adequate stock levels, manage top-performing SKUs, and oversee tester and Point-of-Launch Visual (PLV) management.
