A leading Real Estate team is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (1-3 years'') to join its Edinburgh office. This opportunity offers high-quality work with a focus on advising public sector clients, alongside involvement in broader commercial property matters.The role will involve:

Acting as advisor to public sector clients on estate management, leasing and conveyancing mattersNegotiating and implementing contractual documents for development sites and projectsReviewing, analysing and reporting on titles with a commercial and pragmatic approachCollaborating with colleagues across the wider Real Estate team on significant property projectsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents and stakeholdersParticipating in business development activities to support the team’s growthYou will demonstrate:

1-3 years’ PQE in real estate/commercial propertyA strong interest in the property industry and its key driversEnthusiasm, adaptability and a proactive, solutions-focused mindsetExcellent attention to detail while maintaining commercial perspectiveStrong communication skills and confidence when engaging with clientsWhat is on offer?
