Overview

Aston Martin is seeking a Supplier Quality Leader to join our Supplier Quality team in Gaydon, supporting the full lifecycle of interior trim components—from supplier selection and part introduction to serial production and warranty. This role sits within our Supplier Quality department, which works closely with engineering, purchasing and production to ensure the highest standards of quality across every stage of vehicle development.Responsibilities

Lead and coach suppliers, applying technical expertise in interior systems such as mouldings, leather trim, plating, and carbon fibre.Audit processes, develop quality plans, and drive continuous improvement through structured problem-solving and data analysis.Influence stakeholders and manage relationships across cultures and business levels.Qualifications

Degree in engineering (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in supplier quality management.Strong grasp of DFMEA, PFMEA, and APQP.Excellent judgement and communication skills.Willingness and ability to travel across the UK and internationally.Additional Information
