Management Accountant - Full-Time or Part-Time - Growing SME - Outskirts of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire - Hays Your new companyHays Accountancy and Finance are exclusively partnering with a leading and growing SME that are looking to recruit a full-time or part-time Management Accountant to join their finance team-based outskirts of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. A varied and hands-on role within an interesting sector, taking ownership of the accounting processes for various businesses within the Group. The role will report directly to the Financial Controller and ensure the company''s financial data is accurate, along with cash flow management, reporting on company performance, month-end/year-end processes, process improvement, and ad-hoc projects as the business develops further. This position is open to full-time finance professionals but would also consider 4 days per week (30 hours). Finance professionals who are qualified by experience, part-qualified or qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA will be considered. Your new roleYour key duties will involve preparation of month-end management accounts, variance analysis, quarterly VAT returns along with preparation up to trial balance for statutory accounts. You will forecast of company cash flows, assist in the external audit, business partner with operational management, along with reporting financial results to the Senior Management.
