Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor

to join their established team based in Corsham.Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates, feasibility studies, and establish project budgetsDevelop tender documentation, contracts, and bills of quantitiesOversee procurement processes and manage contract administrationMonitor project expenditure, ensuring alignment with budgets and providing financial reportsValue completed works, process interim valuations and manage final accountsConduct risk assessments and cost-benefit analyses, advising on mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with construction legislation and advise on contractual mattersSupport sustainable construction practices and apply value engineering principlesCandidate Requirements

HNC or Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)Minimum 3 years'' post-qualification experience in quantity surveyingChartered status with RICS (MRICS) is essentialStrong understanding of contract management, cost control, and construction lawHigh attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skillsProficient in relevant software (e.g. Masterbill, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel)Willingness to travel to client sites when requiredBenefits Package
