Multi-Site Manager Role

Berkeley Scott, the countryandrsquo;s leading hospitality agency is looking for a Multi-Site Manager to work with one of our clients at a prestigious University in London.

We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working individual to manage a large team and the sitesandrsquo; cleaning operation. This will be a contract to full time position.

This role is Monday to Friday, 6am-3pm.

Main Responsibilities Include:

• Managing a team of 2 supervisors and 38 cleaning staff
• Following stringent budget requirements
• Ensuring by monitoring internal systems that required schedule of work is adhered to and monitoring all levels of work via internal procedure and rectifying work that does not meet required standards
• Ensuring all site rules and regulations are adhered to, with a particular regard for health and safety, and ensuring all staff are following correct procedures
• Completing health and safety audits and site inspections
• Liaising with cleaners and senior stakeholders with regards to any issues or complaints
• Ensuring all equipment and materials are well stocked and kept in an orderly fashion
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure all machinery is to spec and comply with health and safety standards, reporting any faults to line manager immediately
• Supporting with recruitment and ensuring all onboarding is compliant to company policies
• Ensuring the support of staff inductions and they are confident in their roles and expectations
• Monitoring staff performance and liaising with Line Manager if there are any issues or concerns
• Completing regular one to ones and annual appraisals
• Consulting with line manager regarding any disciplinary procedures

To work for us you will need:

• RTW in UK
• 2x Employment References
• 4-5 yearsandrsquo; minimum work experience in similar environment as a Site Manager or Senior Supervisor
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
