We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to join us at our practice in Ashford (Surrey) TW15 2TY. This is a full time opportunity working Monday - Friday (40 hours per week).Together Dental is a growing group of practices led by forward thinking, caring dentists with a shared vision to provide outstanding dental care for both NHS and private patients. Support the Practice team to achieve the practice performance targets and KPIsDrive retention and reduce team turnoverSupport in effectively managing team performanceBuild and maintain close and effective positive working relationships with cliniciansBuild and sustain close working relationships internally with head office support teams, regional teams and externally with NHS organisations and suppliersProvide an excellent patient journey and implement patient focused initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care at the practiceSupport in creating local commercial and marketing initiatives to support and build the practice business and aid with driving plansSupport with recruitment of team members, working closely with the resourcing, clinical and HR teams; assist with selecting and/or onboarding clinicians where appropriateEnsure practices maintain excellent operational standards and comply with Health and Safety at all timesEffectively and efficiently complete any other reasonable tasks as requested by your line managerDemonstrate commercially minded leadership with strong interpersonal skillsConfident in leading a team with all levels of abilityUnderstand how to generate income and control costsAbility to conduct difficult conversations and deal promptly with issues when they ariseQualifications/Requirements

Experience in a managerial or leadership role within a dental practice or similar healthcare settingStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work across internal and external stakeholders including NHS organisations and suppliersCompetence in managing patient care and clinical operationsBenefits
