Testing Electrician - Fire Alarms - Public Sector - Ongoing temporary work (12 months min) - Part qualified Your new company A large public sector organisation is looking for a part qualified or full qualified electrician to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. The role has opened up due to a temporary worker who has been in the role for over 3 years now leaving due to being offered a permanent role. The duration of this role doesn''t yet have an end date but has a rolling agreement with expectations of going 12-24 months (and even permanent potential in the future).This is a full-time position working 5 days per week. Usual hours are 8:30-4:30 (with half hour flexibility either side) and paid at 35 hours per week. As a temporary worker you will receive weekly pay either through PAYE or Umbrella pay schemes (NO CIS). Pay rate ranging from £14.76ph + holiday pay (16.54 total) up to £16.88ph + holiday pay (18.92 total) for PAYE workers and between £19.60 - £22.40 for umbrella workers.Your new role 4 days per week doing fire alarm testing1 day per week doing disabled refuge alarm testingWhat you''ll need to succeed Be either part or fully electrically qualified.
