Event Operations Supervisor

to join our Events team. You will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every event runs smoothlyfrom set-up to close-downwhile leading and motivating the team on the floor.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the delivery of all events, ensuring high standards and attention to detail.

Work closely with the Events Manager and other departments to guarantee a seamless guest experience.

Lead, coach, and support the events team during service.

Monitor event timelines and respond proactively to any last-minute changes.

Maintain a strong presence on the floor, ensuring brand standards are upheld at all times.

Support in stock control, staff scheduling, and operational planning.

Salary:
