Evaluation of tender opportunities to ensure they fit with business capabilities, business model and risk profile. Estimating tender prices. Bid writing and preparation. Tender and client management including timely response to client queries and adherence to tender deadlines. Working closely with finance and operations teams to develop and maintain processes for accurate estimates of costs. Pro-actively seek feedback on job performance to inform future estimating. Identifying and implementing continual improvements to reduce cost for both the client and company Ensuring full and sufficient handovers to operations teams are made. Ensuring key tender assumptions/attendances are communicated to the commercial department and included in draft contracts.
