Due to the continued development and expansion of the firm, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor and a new Head of Department to work alongside its existing team to assist in driving forward a highly regarded, award winning private client team. The firm is recognised across the globe for its outstanding client care and high-quality lawyers. Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Private Client Team, it is now seeking to appoint an Associate and Head of Department to work alongside its existing Private Client Team, handling a mixed Private Client caseload to include wills, probate, trusts and estates planning.The Candidate

Associate 4+ PQE or 8+ Senior Associate / Head of DepartmentStrong technical knowledge in Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney and Inheritance Tax and TrustsConfident managing an independent caseload with minimal supervisionExcellent client care and communication skillsProven ability to meet fee income targets in a fast-paced environmentFull STEP membership would be desirableBenefits and How to Apply
