You will work within a specialised service focused on developmental trauma, attachment difficulties, and neurodiversity. This role combines high-level clinical work with leadership responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Leadership: Provide supervision and consultation for the OT team and wider clinical staff.Caseload Management: Oversee a complex trauma caseload, conducting integrated assessments and treatments.Reporting: Compile comprehensive assessment and treatment reports, ensuring all clinical and funding deadlines are met.Collaboration: Work alongside psychologists and social workers to deliver holistic, child-friendly care.Operational Oversight: Manage OT service finances and liaise with external professionals for treatment contracts.Necessary RequirementsQualification: Recognised BSc in Occupational Therapy with HCPC accreditation.Specialism: Post-graduate training in Sensory Integration (SI).Experience: Proven background in paediatrics, ideally within trauma, attachment, or neurodiversity services.Attributes: Motivated to work with complex needs in a collaborative, small-team environment.For all the information on this role and to discuss alternative rehabilitation roles we have available, ..... full job details .....
