Oversee the delivery of new features, enhancements and bug fixes, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Define and maintain the technical vision and roadmap for our E-commerce platforms, working closely with architects, UX, QA, and business stakeholders. Champion software engineering best practice, Agile delivery, and secure development standards. Ensure system availability, performance, resilience and compliance with UK regulations including GDPR and PCI-DSS.
