Resourcing Group are actively recruiting for a Multi Trade Operative or Kitchen/Bathroom fitter with a Plumbing or Carpentry core trade, to work on behalf of a regional maintenance contractor undertaking maintenance and bathroom and kitchen refurbishment on Local Authority properties in Cheltenham.Package:Competitive initial rates between 18 - 22 PAYE/CIS/Umbr while on temp-to-perm.Permanent salaries between 35,500 to 38,000 depending on experience.Full time, 5 day working week, no forced overtime or on-call.Immediate interview/start dates.Van, Fuel Card, Tools, Uniform.Company funded qualifications and courses, if required.The Multi Trade Operative role:Previous experience on Repairs and Maintenance or Kitchen and Bathroom Fitting contracts.Undertaking multi trade work in occupied, residential properties to complete second fix work including joinery works, some Plumbing, patch Plastering, The work is primarily lone working with the support and guidance of a Foreperson and Contract Manager.The ability to work professionally and considerately within people''s homes in a customer facing environment, always considering yours and others Health and Safety.What will you bring as a Multi Trade Operative?Qualified to an NVQ 2 level is desired or time served, in a core internal trade.
