Job Role: Account Manager Reporting to: Associate Director Location: LondonJob Purpose: One of CBRE Global Workplace Solutions key divisions, Facilities Management, is seeking an Account Manager to take responsibility for the Account nationally across the UK. As a Facilities Management Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivery of FM to The Account, working in partnership with all stakeholders to ensure a 5 Star service is delivered and always maintained. Constant innovation is key to our long-term success, and within the role you will be responsible for improving both operational and commercial performance through best practice, operational excellence and identifying opportunities for introducing new service lines and product offerings. Role Summary: Responsible for the day to day running of hard service delivery and soft service sub-contract management organising the site team and supply chain in order to meet contractual outputs and objectivesMaintain customer relations including progress meeting, site visits, and obtaining referralsManaging and having accountability for the PandL and maintaining agreed profit marginsManaging a team of soft services professionals and MandE engineers and contract support workers effectively to maximize the performance of the companyAssist in the preparation of standard operating procedures, emergency and contingency plansEnsure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and regularly review the HandS policyEnsure that ..... full job details .....
