We''ve launched a brand-new Professional Services division, and we''re hiring a Finance Recruitment Consultant to take the lead. This isn''t just another desk - it''s an open market. What you''ll do:

• Build and grow your own finance recruitment vertical within our new Professional Services arm
• Deliver both permanent and interim solutions into existing and new FMCG and Motorsport clients
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their finance needs and deliver value beyond CVs
• Own the full 360- recruitment lifecycle - BD, client management, sourcing, and closing
• Collaborate with a supportive, ambitious team that''s invested in long-term relationships, not short-term wins

What we''re looking for:

• 12+ months'' experience in finance recruitment - perm, interim, or both
• A self-starter who''s excited to take real ownership and grow a market
• Strong commercial instincts and relationship-building skills
• Someone who takes pride in quality, not volume
• A collaborative mindset and energy that fits a challenger brand
