Overview:Our client is currently looking for a proactive and personable Business Development Executive to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving future business by generating appointments and CPD bookings with architects and other key decision-makers.Key Responsibilities:Proactively contacting architects to introduce our latest and existing product offeringsBooking CPD presentations and appointments for our external sales representativesCollaborating with the marketing team to identify and engage with new architectural practicesProviding regular updates to your line manager, including call statistics, leads generated, and meetings bookedFollowing up on inbound web enquiries and sample requests to maximise conversion opportunitiesMaintaining and updating CRM records to ensure data accuracyWhat We''re Looking For:Proven experience in a sales, telesales, or customer service roleDriven, results-focused, and persistent in follow-upStrong communication skills with the ability to handle objections professionallyFlexible and adaptable, with a high level of initiativConfident working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate recordsWell-organised, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectivelyComfortable working to targets and KPIsA positive team player who aligns with our core values: Embrace Change, Integrity, Go Beyond, Be Upbeat and Positive, Commit to GrowthFriendly, approachable, and enthusiastic with a can-do ..... full job details .....
