Bridgeman Recruitment Services are currently seeking experienced Joiners to work on refurbishment and fit-out projects across student accommodation and NHS environments. Projects include both occupied and live site conditions, requiring a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality joinery works across a range of construction projects, working both independently and as part of a site team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out 1st fix and 2nd fix joinery works
• Installation of doors, frames, skirting, architraves, and partitions
• Kitchen and bathroom fitting where required
• Stud partitioning and general refurbishment works
• Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
• Maintaining health & safety standards on site at all times
• Working efficiently in occupied/live environments

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Joiner on construction or refurbishment projects
• Valid CSCS card (essential)
• Ability to work in occupied environments professionally and safely
• Good understanding of site drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
• Reliability and strong work ethic

Desirable

• Experience on NHS, education, or student accommodation projects
• NVQ or City & Guilds in Carpentry & Joinery
• Own tools and transport
• DBS certificate-
