Intermediate Mechanical Estimator
Near Woking, Guildford, Reading, and Bracknell
A well-established, bespoke mechanical design and building company - specialising in air conditioning, ventilation, and commercial heating - is seeking an Intermediate Mechanical Estimator to join their supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some mechanical estimation experience who is eager to develop their skills, gain further training, and progress their career!
The successful Intermediate Mechanical Estimator will be:

• Prepare detailed take-offs and quotations for mechanical projects.
• Review and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Deliver accurate estimations for projects ranging from -10,000 to -500,000+.
• Be office-based (5 days a week) with occasional site visits (mileage paid).
• Package: The Intermediate Mechanical Estimator will be paid up to -35,000, depending on experience + Progression + Training + 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.

To qualify for this role as an Intermediate Mechanical Estimator, you''ll need:

• Proven experience in mechanical estimation.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Strong ability to understand and price from drawings.
• Confidence in preparing accurate take-offs and quotations.

The Intermediate Mechanical Estimator will be paid up to -35,000, depending on experience + Progression + Training + 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.
