Job Role: Assistant Management Accountant
Location: Islington
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE)

The Role:

My clients are looking for a proactive Assistant Management Accountant to support their growing finance team. You’ll assist with month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with monthly management accounts and financial reporting

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Help monitor costs, cash flow, and financial data accuracy

Maintain financial records, including billing and accounts payable/receivable

Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis and projects

About You:

Studying towards ACCA, CIMA, AAT (or equivalent)

0–2 years'' experience in finance or accounting

Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software

Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn

Good communicator and team player
