Role: Programme ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned and resilient

Programme Manager

to lead the delivery of a portfolio of complex business change and transformation initiatives. This role involves overseeing high-impact programmes at varying stages of maturity, shaping delivery strategy, and ensuring execution against Group ExCo-level standards in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead multi-million-pound programmes across risk, digital credentialing, and organisational transformation.Act as deputy to a senior Managing Director, with oversight across multiple workstreams.Ensure robust programme governance, status reporting, and risk mitigation.Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including Managing Directors and ExCo-level executives.Navigate complex delivery environments with shifting priorities and ambiguity.Drive end-to-end programme delivery including planning, budgeting, milestone tracking, and benefits realisation.Identify and manage cross-programme risks and dependencies.Embed best practices for change delivery with strong process discipline and hands-on leadership.

Skills and ExperienceExtensive experience in financial services.Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional transformation programmes.Strong understanding of risk, control, and governance frameworks in large organisations.Demonstrated ability to lead business transformation initiatives beyond technology implementation.Resilient and calm under pressure, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
