The Role As HR Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive HR support across the business, ensuring employees receive a professional and efficient HR service while maintaining compliance and best practice. Your responsibilities will include: Acting as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries via email, telephone and in person. Drafting job descriptions, creating recruitment advertisements and liaising with recruitment agencies to attract and secure talent. Preparing offer packs, employment contracts and coordinating workstation setup for new starters. Managing employee benefits schemes.
