Keen to work on diverse projects with real innovation?We are looking for a hands-on RF Design Engineer to join an innovative tech company near Cambridge.On a day to day basis you will be involved in:Designing, developing, and optimising RF systems at component levelLeading integration, testing, and solving complex technical challengesCollaborating across hardware, software, and audio teamsCreating detailed technical documentation, including design reports, test plans, and performance assessmentsWhat do we need from you?Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.Extensive experience in RF design and development, ideally within the telecommunications industry.Comprehensive knowledge of RF systems and technologies, including design, simulation, and testing.Experience with simulation tools (ADS, CST) and hands-on PCB workStrong time management and communication skills, with a history of delivering projects or tasks on time and with high quality.What can you expect in return?Salary in the region of £60,000 - £85,000, dependent on experience25 days holiday + bank holidaysPension, dental care and healthcareSupport of staff wellbeingDiscounted gym membershipLarge, free car parking on site and electric car charging pointsElectric Car SchemeSocial events and activitiesPlease note - this is a FULLY ONSITE role.If you are interested to learn more, click the link to apply with your CV today!Seniority level
