Aspire People are looking for flexible Cover Supervisors for an outstanding secondary school located in Milton Keynes. The school boasts a strong academic record, with a 98% A-Level pass rate reported in 2018, and a significant proportion of students achieving A*-C grades. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for taking classes when the regular class teacher is absent. You will cover a variety of pre-prepared lessons and will be tasked with ensuring learning is not disrupted in the absence of the teacher. Strong behaviour management and a sound understanding of safeguarding procedures will be required. This role is ideal for candidates with experience working with children aged 11+ however an enthusiastic, resilient, and "get stuck in" attitude will see you thrive in this position.
