This includes system and environment configuration, customisation, and integration. The successful candidate will work from a defined set of requirements and use cases to deliver a fully functional solution that supports contact and interaction management, integrates with Outlook and SharePoint, and enforces robust security and access controls. They will work closely with a member of our internal team providing guidance and knowledge transfer throughout the project to ensure they can maintain and enhance the system post-implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivering all aspects of a Dynamics 365 CRM implementation on a greenfield location.Translate business requirements into the required configuration, customisation and overall layout of Dynamics to turn an out-of-the-box set of generic components into a customised business tool.Customise objects, forms and general layout as required to deliver to the requirements.Set up and manage contact records, interaction tracking, and Outlook email integration.Design and implement security roles, business units, and access controls to ensure appropriate data visibility across teams.Work collaboratively with an internal team member, providing coaching, documentation, and hands-on knowledge transfer to build ..... full job details .....
