Our client, a unique financial services organisation, are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing Corporate and Private Client team. As a Customer Service Representative within the Corporate and Private Client team you will work closely with a team of Account Managers, managing portfolios of High-Net-Worth and Corporate clients. A typical day will see you: Managing client email and telephone queries Building relationships with customers and colleagues Administering clients bespoke portfolios Updating information on the company''s CRM This position demands a high degree of initiative and flexibility. Attention to detail and high levels of organisational and communication skills are essential, as are: Strong data entry skills High levels of numeracy The ability to work to tight deadlines Good MS Office skills The role is office-based Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, for an initial training period, after which there is the potential for hybrid working.
