The Role Understanding and control of cost of sales and stock reporting for all UK operations, up to and including responsibility for Management accounts schedules and narrativeEffective assistance in preparation and review of company budgets and forecastsUnderstanding and financial control of UK RandD activity, with emphasis on better project cost control for new product developmentsBuild good formal and informal relationships with key manufacturing, supply chain and RandD staffAbility to pick up and successfully manage a number of assigned projectsSuccessfully integrate into existing finance team, supporting improvement initiatives (including internal finance processes, ERP processes and data delivery to other Company users) with ability to develop into Finance team managerTake a lead role in the ERP implementation across all UK sites.
