Position Details
* Role: Teaching Assistant - ASC
* Location: Lancaster, Lancashire
* Type: Full-Time, Temporary
* Start Date: ASAP
* Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
* Pay: -90 - -120 per day

About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant in an ASC school, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with ASC
* Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Support students in developing social, communication, and emotional skills
* Promote positive behaviour and independence
* Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should:
* Have experience working with children or young people with ASC
* Demonstrate a patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
* Possess strong communication and team-working skills
* Hold an Enhanced DBS Disclosure (or be willing to apply for one)
* Have the legal right to work in the UK
