Responsibilities Collaborating with the Class Teacher to deliver high-quality, engaging lessons.Leading small group interventions to boost progress in literacy and numeracy.Providing tailored 1:1 support for pupils with EHC Plans or additional learning needs.Preparing classroom resources and contributing to creative wall displays.Fostering an inclusive and positive atmosphere for all learners.Assisting with the supervision of students during breaktimes and off-site trips.
